Frequently asked questions

How do I track my order?
Go to My Orders, click the order, and watch the status timeline. If a delivery partner is assigned and sharing location, the latest location will appear on that page.
I didn’t receive my OTP / it expired.
On the OTP screen, use Resend OTP. OTPs are valid for 10 minutes. Ensure your phone number is correct and has network coverage.
How are delivery fees calculated?
A base fee plus distance-based surcharge. If your address is too far from the store, delivery may be unavailable. You’ll see the fee during checkout before placing the order.
Can I pay cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes. For COD orders, the delivery partner will mark payment as received at handover.
How do I report a problem with my order?
After the order is delivered, open the order page and use the feedback/complaint form. You can rate the store and delivery partner, and optionally attach a photo.
What data do you store?
We store account details, order info, and operational logs to run your deliveries. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I update my address?
Go to Profile → Addresses. Add a new address or set a default one. For the best delivery fee estimates, include your location coordinates.
My order shows “Delivered” but I didn’t get it.
First, check with family/guard/security. If still missing, open the order details and submit a complaint. Our team will investigate and respond.
